Accepted Payments

Currently, Always An Adventure accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. If you would like to pay by bank transfer or check, email orders@alwaysanadventure.com to request a printable order form. Orders paid by check will be held 5-7 business days to allow the check to clear.

Sales Tax

Always An Adventure charges sales tax on orders if applicable to each specific state’s laws and regulations.

Not having control over the use of the products in this catalog, we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use these products

Shipping and Delivery

No order will be shipped without receipt of total payment, and a telephone number of the recipient is required for all deliveries.

Items are typically shipped via UPS or USPS.  (The orders shipped to military addresses will be sent via the USPS) but Always An Adventure reserves the right to utilize other services as necessary to meet out delivery commitments.  All shipments will be sent requiring a signature at time of delivery. If the recipient address has a Release Signature on file with UPS, Always An Adventure is not responsible for the shipment once it has been delivered.  Oversized packages which have dimensional weight charges applied will incur additional freight charges as imposed by UPS.   APO ship via USPS.  We are not responsible for any duties collected on international orders.  We also have no control if customs holds the package and delays (or even prevents) delivery.  Before confirming payment, please verify all shipping information is accurate since we are not responsible for lost deliveries due to incorrect shipping information.

Some orders may take longer if they are custom orders or hand produced. If you have any concerns or questions, please email contactus@alwaysanadventure.comNote: Please assume a minimum processing time (from time of placement until order ships out) of 72 business hours (Monday-Friday).  For example: If an order is placed on Monday, using Standard Delivery and assuming the item(s) are in-stock, it may not be processed and shipped until Thursday at which time you must allow 3-6 business days for delivery. Please check the Holiday Dates for delivery deadlines. We can’t guarantee items ordered will be delivered by Christmas, and we will not provide refunds for postal delays or ordering after suggested dates.

Orders being sent to international addresses will incur additional charges – expect a MINIMUM shipping/handling charge of $35 to Canada or Mexico and a MINIMUM shipping/handling charge of $45 to other international destinations – Prices calculated online are estimates. Customers will be contacted should shipping charges exceed that of which they were quoted online. If we are out of stock on an item, you may choose for us to backorder these items and ship later.   We will notify you within 72 hours if your order is on backorder.

Pricing and Liability

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Always An Adventure reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Return Policy

We guarantee our apparel to be of top quality and free of manufacturing defects. We will accept any defective item for refund or exchange if made within 10 days of delivery date.  Returned items must be unused, and still in new condition.  Apparel must be of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If we made a mistake on your order or the merchandise is defective your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.  Please email us immediately at orders@alwaysanadventure.com if you receive a defective or damaged product including the order # in the email subject reference.

Security & Privacy

Your Privacy is Important to us. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.  After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Although this site makes use of “cookies” to personalize the user experience, Always An Adventure will not gather personally identifiable information without obtaining a user’s permission.  We will never rent, sell or distribute your information to any third party. Changes to the Always An Adventure www.AlwaysAnAdventure.com Security & Privacy Policy will be posted here.

We may also collect information about you through the integration of features and functionality provided by Facebook. Your use of Facebook in general and your relationship with Facebook are subject to Facebook’s own Privacy Policy and Facebook’s other terms and policies, which we strongly recommend that you review before you start using the Service.  We do not control and are not responsible for Facebook’s processing of your information.
